🐶🏡 My Guardian Home Program

At Twilight Doodles, I believe in giving my breeding dogs the best life possible. That's why I limit the number of dogs I keep at my home. But, in order to breed top-quality dogs, I continuously evaluate and add quality bloodlines to my program. So, how do I do it? With my Guardian Home Program! 🌟

My Guardian Home Program allows me to expand my breeding program in a loving and friendly environment. Each of my breeding dogs gets to live with a wonderful Guardian Family who treats them like a cherished family member. ❤️

To become a Guardian Home, you must live within 60 minutes of Garland, Tx (75040). You also need to be flexible to drop off and pick up the dog for health testing, vet visits, breeding, and whelping. 🚗🩺🐾

As a Guardian Home, you get a high-quality, adult or mature puppy for free! This puppy becomes your forever furry friend. For females, this starts at sexual maturity and ends after 4-6 litters. Male dogs have longer contracts and are bred on an "as needed" basis. 🐾🏡

While the dog is in my breeding program, I take care of all breeding-related expenses. As a Guardian Home, you are responsible for typical "pet" expenses like grooming, food, vet visits, training, and more. 🐕💕

Once a dog passes its health testing, I decide when and who the dog will be bred with. Females stay with their Guardian Family during pregnancy and then return to me a few days before their due date. Once the puppies are weaned, the female can be picked up by her Guardian Family. When the dog has completed their breeding obligations, I take care of the spay/neuter and release ownership of the dog to you. 🐾👶

Being a Guardian Family comes with certain responsibilities. If you're a Guardian of a female, you'll need to deal with heat cycles and keep her safe from unwanted attention from males. You'll also need to be comfortable being away from your dog for a few months during each litter. As a Guardian of a male, you'll need to keep him away from intact female dogs to prevent unwanted litters. 🐕❤️

I see my Guardian Home Program as a true "win-win" situation. You receive a quality pup for free, and I have the satisfaction of knowing that my breeding dogs are living as cherished family members. 🌟🐶

To qualify for my Guardian Home Program, you must:

✅ Live within 60 minutes of Garland, TX and be flexible for drop-offs and pickups.

✅ Keep the dog safe and contained in a fenced backyard.

✅ Take the dog to an approved vet for care. I cover health testing and breeding-related vet expenses. You are responsible for routine pet-related vet expenses.

✅ Provide basic training, such as house, leash, and crate training, and basic obedience.

✅ Keep the dog groomed on a 6-8 week schedule with a professional groomer.

✅ Feed my recommended diet from PawTree.

✅ Have no plans of relocating within the next 5 years.

✅ Understand that I waive the purchase price of the dog in exchange for your cooperation and dedication to providing a safe and loving home for the lifetime of the dog. 🏡❤️🐾
